Have you ever heard the words ‘Ultimate Frisbee’ and wondered what it was about?
Now is you chance to give it a go!

Ultimate is a non-contact team sport where men and women play equally with no referees and all you need is a frisbee. Ultimate combines the quick passing of socce and netball, the leaping marks of Aussie Rules and the diving catches of cricket.

This month Canberra’s premier men’s and women’s ultimate teams will be running a series of Come and Try sessions:
